Training Program

Preparation befitting top athletes

Taking part in the 1,000-km event requires serious physical preparation which should ideally begin six months prior to the event. In order to have fun during the weekend of June 18, 19 and 20, you must be in top shape. Dominique Tardif, a kinesiologist and professional trainer, has once again this year accepted to develop a training program for you.
